Terms and Conditions for Testimonial Submission

By submitting a testimonial for The Scholarship Collective LLC ("Company"), including but not limited to its products and services such as digital products, Scholarship Junkie coaching, or Scholarship Junkie memberships, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Use
   By submitting a testimonial, you grant The Scholarship Collective LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the testimonial in any medium, including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, print materials, and other promotional or commercial platforms.

2. Accuracy and Authenticity
   You affirm that your testimonial reflects your genuine experience with the Company and its products or services. You agree not to submit any information that is false, misleading, or defamatory.

3. Attribution
   The Company may choose to attribute your testimonial to you by including your name, photo, title, or other identifying details. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you must explicitly state this in your submission.

4. No Compensation
   You acknowledge that submitting a testimonial is voluntary and does not entitle you to any compensation, monetary or otherwise, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Company. Any sweepstakes or challenges attached with a testimonial is not a guarantee that you will win and chances of winning are based on the numbers of participants among other factors.

5. Modification Rights
   The Company reserves the right to edit or modify your testimonial for clarity, length, grammar, or formatting without altering its substance or meaning. The Company also reserves the right to remove or decline to use any testimonial at its sole discretion.

6. Privacy
   The Company will handle any personal information submitted with your testimonial in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for any third-party use of your testimonial.

7. Legal Compliance
   You warrant that your testimonial does not infringe on the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Release of Liability
   You release The Scholarship Collective LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from the use of your testimonial as outlined in these terms.

9. Age Requirement
   By submitting a testimonial, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18 in writing.

10. Withdrawal of Testimonial
    You may request the removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting the Company in writing via Certified Mail to 1488 Deer Park Avenue No. 199, North Babylon, NY 11703. A request for the removal of your testimonial is not valid unless sent to the mailing address provided. Emails are not an acceptable method for withdrawal requests. The Company will make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests but cannot guarantee the removal of materials already published or distributed.

11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York which is where The Scholarship Collective LLC operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

By submitting your testimonial via video or in writing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
